From gentle, poolside Pilates to energising morning HIIT, each 45-minute class offers a moment to move, and start your day with positivity. No equipment required.

    What to Expect.

    The HIIT classes will challenge your fitness and strength. After your warm up, you will follow a series of full-body exercises at a high intensity - a perfect way to start your day.

  • MAT

    What to Expect.

    The Matwork classes are a combination of traditional Mat Pilates moves, combined with full body strength training exercises. No equipment, lots of burn.
